Your data

To request deletion of Redux data, email alex@tryredux.app with the subject “Redux data deletion”.

Include the social handle and platform you used, and whether you want a specific connection removed or all of your Redux data deleted. We will confirm the request and verify which records belong to you before deleting them. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or verification codes.

Disconnect an account

Use the disconnect control for the account in Redux. This removes the saved authorization credentials from Redux and attempts to revoke platform access. You can also revoke Redux in the connected platform's app-permission settings.

Disconnecting does not delete existing calendars or previously collected snapshots. Request deletion by email if you want those records removed too. Removing data from Redux does not remove the original posts from TikTok, Instagram, or another platform.
